Untill I was 49 years old I could’nt believe, that regular exercise has to be an established part of our lifes. The big warning with a slipped disc, nembness in my right leg and the subsequent operation taught me to change my life. Since then I do my exercises regularly and I feel strenghened and younger. This benefits not only my body and mind, it also shapes. It tones up my whole body and gives a more youthful silhouette to me. So come on girls – it’s definitely worth participating!!!
