150 gr. Dates (dried an de-stoned)
1 Garlic clove
1 Pack Cream Cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
200 gr. Sour Cream
1/2 Sp. Salt
1 Sp. Harissa
Chop up the dates and garlic glove. Add all the other ingrediants and stir-fry for a minute.
For those who work with a thermomix: Give dates and garlic glove in the mix-pot and chop up for 5 sec. on level 10. Add all other ingredients and mix it another 10 sec. on level 5. Ready to eat.
The dip is simply delicious and goes to all kind of grilling, barbecue and also as sandwich spread.
