No matter were, no matter what, but do something for your body! A rolling stone gathers no moss, says an old proverb and it’s not too old to be still true. Hidden under the sentence „I have no time for it“ decades passed and finally I suffered awfully from a spinal disc degeneration. So don’t wait untill the worst case also hits you, but rather start „in good times“ with your workout. I consider really important the decision to practise something continously, no matter which kind of activity. Anything goes, as long as it’s fun. I enjoy dancing most, because it demands body and mind, I love table tennis also and everything that keeps me fresh. So come on girls, but on your trainers an off you go!
