Angels Perfect Make-up
Make-up is a bit like a woman’s dress:
It should be nice, emphasize your type, let flash through your character, show the most beautiful side of you and accompany you perfectly through the day – as long as it lasts. The emphasis is on the understanding that make-up should never look painted, as a dress should not be in the foreground, but the wearer. Make-up should bring out your beauty as natural as possible.
Though, not all days are similar and our outfits are appropriate for the occasion or the mood. The make-up of Brigitta B. Behrends makes these “fluctuations” completely uncomplicated, it just depends on how you use it.
LIGHT MAKE-UP – LIGHT COVERAGE
For a simple touch that just conjures up a bit of freshness and conceal small unevenness or impurities, you apply the make-up with your fingertips. By simply moistening the fingertips a bit, taking up very little of the make-up and distributing it in a circles all over your face. I prefer this make-up for walks with the dog, fast … doing – whatever – after all nothing special. Powdering is not necessary.
DAY-LIKE – MIDDLE COVERAGE
If „business as usual” is on my program, I prefer the make-up version with a little more coverage-so you see me on most of my photos. For this I apply the make-up with the new Make-up brush and I make sure that I distribute it very carefully and fade out well. A short swab in the make-up box is sufficient to achieve a covering result. The intensity of course can be increased. Once you’ve tried it a few times, the routine comes and you’re done in no time. Do not worry about the time it will last, it stays perfect until you remove it – even without powdering.
FOR THE SPECIAL OCCASSIONS – STRONG COVERAGE
Special days I call the ones where I plan to do something really special, a red carpet evening, a photoshooting or any important date where I want to look especially good. On days like these, after the normal day care, I first apply a primer. The smooths out a bit, fixes bumps and small blemishes. I then use the original make-up brush to apply the make-up. With this I carefully stroke the center of the face towards the hairline and make sure that the make-up is well-blinded everywhere. Finally, I give the Magic Powder with the large powder brush over it, until the back of the hand leaves a velvety feeling. This is followed by the contouring with different rouge tones, which I adapt to my outfit and the lipstick. This creates a perfect opacity and hold for a whole day or a long night!
